RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Requests must be made within 15 days after receipt of your goods., unless otherwise stated below. All product returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization ("RMA") number.

We accept refund requests for goods sold on our Site for any of the following reasons only:

· Good DOA

· Good is broken;

· Good does not match description.

In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 15 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.

After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
 

All returns must meet the overall guidelines in order for the individual return policy to apply.

• Products that are received by CompNet USA Technology in any of the following conditions are not eligible for return and may be rejected:
• Any product with a missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial number label, missing UPC Code, model, part number label or warranty label.
• Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box. 
• Any product which appears misused or altered in any way.
• Any product that is returned with any writing made by the customer on the original box.
   

If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 15 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
