CompNet USA Technologies Return Policy

To be eligible for a refund, products must be returned within 15 calendar days of the purchase date. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received and must not be damaged in any way.

Once your return is received, our team will inspect the item and process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. For credit card payments, please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

All returns must comply with the following guidelines in order to qualify under our return policy.

Products received by CompNet USA Technology in any of the following conditions are not eligible for return and may be rejected:

• Products with missing, damaged, altered, or unreadable serial number labels, UPC codes, model numbers, part number labels, or warranty labels 
• Products returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box 
• Products that appear to have been misused or altered in any way 
• Products returned with writing or markings made by the customer on the original box 

Returns initiated more than 15 calendar days after the purchase date, or products returned damaged, are not eligible for a refund.
