We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review the following policy.

To qualify for a refund, items must be returned within 15 calendar days of the purchase date. Returned products must be in their original condition, unused, and free from any damage.

Once your return is received, it will be inspected by our team. If the return is approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. For credit card payments, please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your card issuer.

To be eligible for a refund, all returned products must meet the following requirements:

• Include all original packaging, manuals, accessories, and the retail box.
• Be free of physical damage, misuse, or unauthorized modifications.
• Have all original serial number labels, UPC codes, model numbers, part number labels, and warranty labels intact and legible.
• Be returned without any writing, stickers, or markings on the original manufacturer's packaging.

Returns may be refused if any of the following conditions apply:

• The return request is made more than 15 calendar days after the purchase date.
• The product is damaged, abused, or shows signs of misuse or unauthorized modification.
• Original packaging, accessories, or documentation are missing.
