Return Policy

At CompNet USA Technology, we aim to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please carefully review our return eligibility policy outlined below.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a refund, items must be returned within 15 calendar days from the purchase date. For a successful return, products need to be in their original condition, unused, and free from any damage.

Once your return is received, our team will conduct an inspection. If the return is approved based on our return requirements, your refund will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase. For credit card payments, please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your card issuer.

Return Requirements

To be eligible for a refund, all returned products must meet the following return requirements:

Non-Returnable Items
